| | Anticipating a fine weathered weekend, I decided to go on a quest to find the ugliest spot on the beach of Hac-sa here in Macau thinking how can i make it more attracting to would be tourists or visitors. It's been quite a challenge because it may end up wrong or a disaster if i don't make it right. Tourists and guests will be disgusted or turned away to see how hideous Macau is through my pictures. And it will be all my fault. By the way, Hac-sa Beach is already really hideous compared to the beaches we had there in Boracay or Bohol. And I am photographically challenged to accept this personal mission.
After all the troubles getting there, the traffic, long ride, long walk, etc., my personal assessment on my shots would be FAIR. Nothing extraordinary, as we sometimes say it, less is more. DUH! Ang layo ah?!
This album is dedicated to my photo buddies, Sir Allan S. (Nikon D300) and Sir Allan P. (Nikon D80), who went to Hong Kong without me. Due to financial constraint, I end up with this personal mission of mine. Hehehe! Pangontra inggit kasi alam ko iinggitin ako nila. Hahaha! And to all my idols... you know who you are. You are the reason why I do these things.

Comments & Critiques are very welcomed! (Don't be afraid to say how ugly these shots are! I won't bite you! Just be honest... hehehe)

| | May 6-7, 2006 Brgy. Lucap, Alaminos, Pangasinan Company Outing
This National Park covers a land area of 1,884 hectares with 123 islands. However, only 3 islands have been developed for tourists namely : Governor, Quezon and Children's Islands.
From Lucap, one takes a boatride to any of these islands : Governor's Island,(20 mins.), Children's Island (25 mins.) or Quezon Island (30 mins.). Boats are privately-operated.
Of the 3 islands, the Governor's Island keeps a Guesthouse which is ideal for family use. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, comfort room/bath and kitchen. Linens, water (1 drum), light, electric fans, dining and cooking utensils/equipment are provided for. Gen-set provides electric power.
The bahay kubos and mini pavilion at Children's Island are for budget travelers as it consists only of screened bedrooms with fresh water and linens. Kerosene lighting is provided for. Common areas are provided for dining and cooking as well as for toilet and bath. At Lucap Point (Mainland), the main building houses a conference room, restaurant and accommodation facilities. A tower-type building near the Lucap Park houses an office at the ground floor which monitors the flow of tourists to the said islands. |

| | Anilao, Batangas
Location: North of Sepok Point, the northern end of Maricaban Island.
Access: 12-15 min by boat from EAGLE POINT pier Southwest across the Maricaban Strait until Northwest of Sombrero Island.
Conditions for diving: Generally calm with a strong current, but it can get rough on the surface. Visibility can reach up to 25m (80ft)
Average depth: 10m (33ft)
Maximum depth: 18m (60ft)
For obvious reason why is it called "Sombrero" Island. The island looks look a top hat worn during the 1900's. |

| | Bayawak Beach, Maricaban Island
Maricaban Island is located about 5km southwest of the Calumpang Peninsula, Batangas. It is roughly 30 minutes by boat from Anilao, 20 minutes from Bagalangit. It is just 3 kms from the famous Sombrero Island. |
